Hemalytics is a tool that lets you upload pathology (blood test) reports, extract and track your markers over time, and record the supplements and protocols you take. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Hemalytics is an informational and tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health practitioner about your results and before changing any medication, supplement, or treatment. Reference ranges and "optimal" windows shown in the app are general guides and may not apply to you.
You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the service. We may suspend or disable accounts that breach these terms.
You retain ownership of the reports, results, and other data you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that data to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with insurers or advertisers.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload, attempt to access other users' data, probe or attack the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the operator of this Hemalytics instance.
